If you do need food and/or beverages at your event or meeting, then the ideal package for your event would be a Pre Fixe Meal, Cocktail Reception or an Open Bar. A Pre Fixe Meal package can be applied to any meal period and typically consists of courses served in a variety of styles from buffet to individual plating. A Cocktail Reception package usually includes appetizers and beverages.  A Open Bar package consists of unlimited beverages for your guests. Cocktail Reception and Open Bar packages are great for more casual events where your aim is to allow people to mix and mingle. Restaurants, bars/lounges and hotels all offer Pre Fixe Meal, Cocktail Reception and Open Bar packages.

Ideal Package: Minimum Guarantee
A minimum guarantee package is basically the minimum spend required to use the space at a venue for your private event or meeting. This is great for events where guests will all pay for their individual beverages and/or food. All restaurants and bars/lounges normally offer minimum guarantee packages.
